Anyone used Rotwalt Group for buying a car ?

Hi,

I'm interested in purchasing a car I saw on eBay; the seller states that it's located in Belfast with Rotwalt Group, that they'll handle the transaction on the seller's behalf, and that they are able to deliver the vehicle anywhere in the country.
It looks like a scam to me.  I was wondering if anyone had worked with or knowledge regarding this company.

I bought a car through them a few months ago after seeing it on Gumtree. The seller had left his car with them while he was travelling abroad at the time. After reading about them, I realised they operate like an escrow company, keeping both the seller and the buyer safe. At first, I also assumed this was a scam.

I can assure you that they are a legitimate company; I purchased a car for my son and also sold mine through them, and everything went smoothly. A disadvantage of this company is that it is better to buy using them rather than sell because their costs are based on the price of the car, and they will require a commission on the final price.

At first sight, this appears to be a BIG scam! I had no idea that such a system existed in the UK, perhaps it is common in the United States, but I had never heard of it before. After doing some research on Google, it appears that they are the genuine.
Please update us on the outcome of the transaction after you've finished with them.

I appreciate your assistance, and I have now paid in full and am awaiting delivery of the vehicle. I'll let you know as soon as the car arrives or not.

It finally arrived, and the vehicle is just as stated by the seller. I signed the papers, got the car's documents, and went for a test drive. Thank you Rotwalt Group !
